The Historic Dunlap Coke Ovens Park is a 62 acre park located in Dunlap, Sequatchie County, Tennessee.
Beehive coke ovens used in the early 1900's to convert mountain coal into industrial coke, a product used to smelt iron ore.

The Historic Dunlap Coke Ovens Park is a 62 acre park located in Dunlap, Sequatchie County, Tennessee.

The Museum's mission is to preserve Dunlap's cultural resources and educate local citizens and visitors that our coal heritage was important to Dunlap and region. The museum's goal is to collect and documented the history of the mining operations and the old coke ovens throughout the Sequatchie Valley- extending from Alabama to Kentucky. Artifacts from other states related to coal mining are maintained and exhibited in the museum. ~ Carson Camp, Curator
