We (Barry & I) have been to the location of these graves 3 different times. Today (Dec. 4, 2011) was our latest trip to the area after another local person told us to look for the stands of Oak trees. We found 2 areas of Oak trees but not a sign of any graves, and really not sure because the Oaks don‘t look to be 100 years old or older. This area also looks like Bowater Paper Mill has purchased the timber and has left the land in a layer of cut trees. If anyone knows the exact spot(s) of where these 2 children are buried, we would appreciate any help. As you can see from the pictures, these graves may be lost for ever. |
