Sequatchie County Court Minute Book A, Page 351, Paragraph 3.

It appearing to
the Court that Penze W. Grant departed this life on or about the
14th day of July 1865. It is ordered by the Court by request of
the Widow and Heirs of said ded that N. F. Burnett be appointed
Adminstrator of said Estate. ~End~

This Inventory is only this one complete page and is not signed off nor is it dated, but may possibly be sometime 1865 to 1867. It is interesting because there are notations on some of the “notes due” to Mr. Grant's Estate. This P. W. Grant Inventory only mentions who owes the Grant Estate and does not mention any property, land or personal items.
