Skirt
is designed to be worn over a 4-6 boned hoop. The skirt
Circumference is up to190 in., depending on fabric width. This
labor price is the hand cartridge pleating and setting the
Soutache. Gown bodiceis fully lined, bodice is boned. If not
wanting the longer back (train), please let me know before the
dress is cut. Thank You.
